- While we work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery, we do not guarantee shipping or delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside of our control.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
- Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to an order shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable order.
- We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
We remain committed to providing a high level of service and will work in good faith to resolve any issues that arise.
REFUND POLICY
We strive to ensure all orders arrive as expected and in good condition.
- If an order is lost in transit, not delivered, or arrives damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
- Upon verification of the issue, we will, at our discretion: Provide a replacement, or Issue a refund to the original payment method
- Because products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers, we generally do not accept returns or provide refunds for reasons other than non-delivery or damage.
- We are not responsible for: Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout leading to Failed delivery attempts
- Carrier-related delays once the order has been shipped
- All refund and replacement decisions are made in good faith and at our reasonable discretion.
While the above outlines our policy, we value our customer relationships and will make reasonable efforts to resolve concerns fairly.
